Paradise Tour Company (India) Pvt. Ltd. has its main office at 2691 Naya Bazar in Delhi. It is a pretty crowded area, but that is just how life is in old Delhi. We spend most of our day on the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for a bit of help with their travel plans. It is not always glamorous work. There is a lot of paperwork with bookings and checking different schedules every hour. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many trains and flights moving at once, it gets a bit hectic sometimes. Naya Bazar is always noisy with carts and people moving around, so there is always some kind of action going on outside our window. We started this small and just kept going over the years. We know the routes and the places people usually want to visit quite well. It has a real family-type feel in here. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big shiny lobby to impress people. Just some desks, old computers, and a lot of maps and brochures scattered around. Some days we are dealing with a lot of changes because of travel delays, and those are the long days that keep us late. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much of a headache. It is a busy life in the heart of the city and we have seen the neighborhood change a lot while we stayed here.
