Our place is tucked away at 9-B in Vikas Puri, right in the DG-II area of New Delhi. It's the kind of spot where there is always something cooking and the smell hits you as soon as you get close. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen dealing with dough and ingredients, making sure everything is ready for whoever walks in. It gets pretty loud sometimes with the ovens going and people shouting orders back and forth. Vikas Puri is a lively neighborhood and we fit right in with the noise and the pace of things. We are not a big fancy office, just a shop where people come to get their food. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery bikes are late because of the Delhi traffic, but we just keep at it. The floors are usually a bit dusty from the flour and the phones don't stop ringing once it gets dark. People around here know the address well enough. We have been at this 110018 zip code for a bit, and it feels like home now. It is just a regular job for us, keeping the ovens hot and making sure the orders go out to the right houses. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we are here every day working. The weekends are the craziest part, but we managed to survive them every week because we have a good team that knows the drill.
