This spot in Khirki Extension is where we handle the local side of things. It’s on the ground floor of J 4/82, right in the middle of Malviya Nagar. It’s a pretty lively area with a lot of narrow lanes and people moving about. We deal with the clothes and the retail end of the business. The office isn't anything special to look at. We spend most of our time sorting out stock or looking at what’s selling. The floors are usually covered in boxes during delivery days. We have a small crew here. Everyone just rolls up their sleeves and gets to it. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we manage. People in Delhi know the brand, but this office is where the actual legwork happens. We’re not about the flashy advertisements here. We just want to make sure the right shirts and pants get to the shelves on time. It gets hot in the summer and the traffic in Malviya Nagar can be a nightmare. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now. It feels like home. We know the delivery guys and the local shopkeepers. It’s just a regular workplace for us. We do the work, go home, and come back to do it again. It's a busy life but we're used to the pace by now. There is always something that needs fixing or a stack of papers to sign before the day ends.
