If you walk down Sat Nagar in Karol Bagh, you’ll find us at 11649/1. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there’s always something happening right outside our doors. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. The street is narrow and usually packed with cars, rickshaws, and people. Our office is where we handle all the travel bookings and organize things for our clients. We have desks piled with papers and phones that don't seem to stop ringing. It’s just the way a travel office in Karol Bagh should be, I suppose. We know the local area well, from the tea stalls to the other shops nearby. Some of us have been working here for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the chaos of New Delhi, we manage to keep everything organized inside our four walls. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building; we are just a group of people working in a regular office in a regular neighborhood. We spend our time looking at routes and making sure the buses or cars are ready for the next trip. It’s practical work. People stop by to ask questions or pay for their tickets. We don't use big words or fancy talk, we just tell them what’s available. It’s an honest day's work in a part of town that never really sleeps. It gets crowded, but that’s Karol Bagh for you. We keep it moving.
