Panasonic Service Center

Our service center is located at 504 in Vaishali, over in Ghaziabad. It’s a straightforward shop where we spend our time fixing all sorts of electronics. The shelves are usually full of items waiting to be picked up or parts we’ve ordered. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months, even with the fans going full blast. We have tools scattered across the workbenches and a lot of wires hanging around. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. Customers come in with their broken things, and we try to tell them honestly what can be done and how much it might cost. We don't use a lot of fancy words or corporate talk. We just look at the boards and the circuits. Sometimes parts are hard to find, so we have to tell people to wait a few extra days. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for a long time. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The building itself is just a standard block in Vaishali, nothing special to look at. We see a lot of the same people from the neighborhood coming in when their stuff breaks. We don't have a big waiting room, just a few chairs by the counter. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest kind of place where we just try to get things working again for everyone.
