Panache Hospitality

We are tucked away at 81-82 Eccleston Square here in London. It’s a pretty nice part of the city, with the garden square right there. Panache Hospitality is what we do, which mostly means we spend our time looking after the rooms and making sure the guests have what they need. The building has that classic London look with the big windows and the stairs. It’s not like those giant modern hotels that feel like airports. Here, it feels a bit more personal because the building is older and has its own quirks. We are always running up and down the floors. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a lightbulb goes out, and we have to jump on it right away. The staff here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from checking people in to helping with the bags. It’s usually quiet around the square, which is a nice change from the busy streets a few blocks away. We get a lot of people who come back every year, so we know their names. It’s a lot of laundry and a lot of keys, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters, just this spot in London where we try to keep things running smoothly for whoever is staying with us. It's a lot of work but it keeps the day moving quickly for us.
