Pan Express Travel

Our office is down in Badarpur, specifically in Om Enclave Part-2. It’s a bit of a trek if you are coming from Central Delhi, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The address is D-858, and it’s a fairly small space. We do travel bookings and help people figure out their train and bus tickets. The room is usually filled with the sound of the printer going and someone talking on the phone to a driver or a hotel. We have posters of different places on the walls, but some of them are getting a bit old and faded now. It’s not a high-end travel lounge with leather sofas. We have plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their paperwork. The neighborhood is quite busy, with lots of small shops and houses all packed together. We like being in Badarpur because it’s a real place with real people. We don't use any fancy software to do our work; we just know the routes and the prices. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a flight is canceled or a train is delayed, and we have to scramble to fix it. We just do our best to help out without charging crazy fees. It’s a small family-run feel here, and we plan to keep it that way. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation, just a reliable spot for the locals to get their travel sorted. We are just here doing our job.
