We are located over in Vikashpuri, specifically at Kangra Niketan right on the Outer Ring Road. It’s H.S. Negi’s place, Flat 279. If you’ve ever driven down the Ring Road, you know how busy it gets around here. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you get into the residential block. We handle hospitality services, which basically means we are always on our toes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular Delhi flat where we manage all our bookings and staff schedules. There’s usually someone on the phone or checking a list of supplies. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of things going on at once, but we manage just fine. Living and working in New Delhi-18 has its ups and downs, mostly depending on the traffic outside. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and it feels like a community. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure our clients are looked after and that the hospitality side of things runs without any major hitches. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that’s the nature of the business. We like being in a residential area because it keeps us connected to the real world, away from those sterile office parks.
