Our place is in Ambala City, over in Palika Vihar. The address is 195, Palika Vihar, and it’s a pretty standard spot in this part of Haryana. Ambala is a busy place because of the railway and the markets, and Palika Vihar is a decent neighborhood where people mostly know their neighbors. We’ve got Pal Hospitality running out of here. It’s not a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s just a building where we’ve set up our desks and phones. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their errands. We don't have any flashy signs or anything to show off. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. The building is simple and practical. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, so we just wait it out or use the backup. We’ve got a small team, and we all help out with whatever is needed, whether it’s answering calls or sorting out paperwork. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in Ambala for a good while, and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. If you’re ever in Palika Vihar, you’ll see it’s just a normal street with normal people working hard to keep everything running smoothly without much complaint.
