Pal Communication

At Mahavir Enclave C 2/292, you will find Pal Communication. We are right there on the street level, easy to spot if you are looking for it. Our day-to-day is mostly about mobile phones and all the little things that go with them. We sell SIM cards, do recharges, and help people pick out a cover for their phone. It’s a fast-paced kind of environment because people in Mahavir Enclave always seem to be on the move. They drop in while they are running errands. We have a lot of glass cases filled with different gadgets and chargers. It’s nothing fancy, just a functional shop for the local community. We spend a lot of time talking to people, explaining how a certain plan works or helping them fix a setting on their device. We aren't technical geniuses, but we know enough to get most things working again. The shop is small and it can get pretty loud when the street is busy outside. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here at the counter. Sometimes we have to deal with people who are frustrated because their phone isn't working, and we just try to be patient. We’ve been at this C-block location for a while now and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. But the shop stays pretty much the same, just a regular place for regular people.
