Paharpur Business Centre

Paharpur Business Centre is tucked away at 43D in the MIG Flats of Sheikh Sarai Phase-I. Being in New Delhi-110017, we are right in the middle of a residential block which gives the whole place a different feel than a regular office tower. It’s a bit more personal because you see the same neighbors walking their dogs every morning when we arrive. The flat has been converted to handle the business side of things. It’s got that specific layout you expect from an MIG flat, with rooms turned into small offices. We have our computers set up where a dining table might usually go. It can get a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and maybe a map or two. Outside 43D, the parking can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just Sheikh Sarai for you. We often have tea together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very practical space. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and see us working. The trees outside the window provide a bit of shade during the hottest parts of the Delhi summer. We like being in Phase-I because it’s a familiar area for everyone. The pace here is steady but not frantic. It’s just a group of people in a flat getting things done day after day.
