We’re over in Indrapuram, specifically in the Vardan Apartments at Abhaykhand 3. Our unit is B200. It’s a bit of a maze if you haven’t been here before, but most people find us eventually. Owh isn't a big name you’d see on a billboard. We just work from this space in Ghaziabad because it’s convenient. It’s a mix of a home and an office, really. We’ve got some computers set up and a lot of notebooks scattered around. The apartment complex is usually full of kids playing or people talking in the corridors. We don't mind the noise much. We do our work, which involves a lot of planning and coordinating. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. We’re right here in the middle of the residential block, so it feels very local. Sometimes we walk down to the market nearby to grab some snacks or printed documents. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a boss in a suit telling us what to do every minute. We just know what needs to happen and we get on with it. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office. We usually start our day early before the rest of the building wakes up and stay until the work is done.
