Overseas Adventure Travel

Overseas Adventure Travel is run out of D-8/1 in Rail Vihar, which is over in Indrapuram, Ghaziabad. It is a nice enough colony, mostly full of families and retired people living their lives. Our office is essentially a residential unit that we use for the travel business. You can see the local park from our window, and it is usually quite peaceful during the day. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and a lot of travel brochures piled up in the corners. It is not a high-street shop with a big window display or a neon sign. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the computer, talking to people about their upcoming trips and adventures. The address 201010 is easy enough to find once you get inside the Rail Vihar gates. It is a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but it is a pleasant path. We do not have fancy uniforms or a very corporate atmosphere here. We just wear our regular clothes and sit around the desks. Sometimes we have tea together in the small kitchen area when things quiet down. It feels very much like a home office because that is exactly what it is. We spend our time checking itineraries and making sure all the travel logistics are sorted out. It is a straightforward way of working without any of the big office drama. We just focus on the details.
