We are based out of Shahdara in East Delhi, specifically at A-21 in Jagatpuri Extension, Gali Number 3. This area is always buzzing with activity, and our street is no exception. We’ve been at this location for quite a while, handling all sorts of deliveries and logistics. The office itself is right in the middle of the action, so there’s always noise from the street—rickshaws, bikes, and people walking by. It’s a bit of a maze getting here sometimes, but that’s just how Shahdara is. We don’t have any fancy air-conditioned waiting rooms or sleek furniture. It’s a working office filled with boxes, ledgers, and a few old computers. Our staff is mostly local, and we know the shortcuts through the narrow lanes around here. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just focus on getting the parcels where they need to go. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when the weather is hot. We deal with all kinds of people, from neighbors sending a small package to businesses with bigger loads. We don’t have a script for how we talk to customers; we just speak normally and try to help. It’s a busy, messy, and very real environment. We’re just a part of the daily life in Gali Number 3, doing what we’ve always done without any fuss.
