OTO Ways is located at Karol Bagh on Hari Singh Nalwa Street. Our specific number is 1503/26. Karol Bagh is always a whirlwind of activity, and our street is no different. You can hear the sounds of the market from here all day long. The shop at 1503/26 is where we spend all our time. It is a tall building and we are on the ground level. We have a lot of stuff packed into a small space, so you have to watch your step when you come in. The walls are a bit stained from the years, but it feels like home to us. We have been on Hari Singh Nalwa Street for a long time. People come in to ask about routes or parts, and we do our best to help them out. It is not a polished showroom; it is a working shop. We usually keep the door open to let some air in, though it brings in the noise too. My partner and I take turns going out to get lunch from the local vendors. The street is narrow, so it can get jammed with bikes and carts. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. 1503/26 is our little corner of Karol Bagh. We don't need much more than that. It is a busy life, but it keeps us moving. We are here every day except for some holidays.
