Otik Hotels And Resorts has its main office at 11890/11 in Sat Nagar. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how packed the streets get. We are right in the middle of all that hustle. It is a busy spot but that is just how New Delhi-5 is. We manage things for our hotels and resorts from this narrow building. It’s not a fancy resort itself, just the place where the administrative stuff happens. We spend our days talking to guests, fixing booking errors, and making sure the properties have what they need. The stairs are a bit steep and the tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks. Karol Bagh is known for its shopping, so there's always a lot of energy around us. We have been here for years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our office is functional, nothing more. We have some old filing cabinets and a few desks that have seen better days. It is a practical setup for a team that spends more time on the phone than looking at the decor. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. We aren't a huge chain with thousands of employees, just a small group working out of Sat Nagar to keep the rooms filled. It keeps us on our toes and the location works fine for us. We're just here doing our thing.
