Our office is tucked away above the street level, so you have to climb the stairs to find us. It’s a retail business, so we spend a lot of time dealing with suppliers and looking at what’s selling. The market outside is always noisy, which is just part of the charm of being in this part of New Delhi. We have shelves full of items and a lot of paperwork to keep track of our stock. It’s not a huge space, so we have to be careful about how we pile things up. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors know us by now. Usually, someone is running in or out with a delivery or a new order. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. It’s just a handful of us trying to keep the retail side of things organized.
