This is a residential neighborhood, so it feels much quieter than the center of New Delhi. We really like the peace here. Working out of an apartment gives us a kitchen and a bit of a homey atmosphere while we handle infrastructure business. Dwarka is quite spread out, and Sector-13 is a pretty good location for us. Our place is on one of the higher floors, so we get a view of the park nearby. We have set up our computers in the space that used to be the living room. It works well enough for our needs. There is no receptionist or fancy glass entrance. You just ring the doorbell and one of us will let you in. We have piles of paperwork on the big table most days. That is just how it goes when things get busy. The neighbors are quite nice and they don't seem to mind us running a company from here. We make sure to keep the noise to a minimum. Most of the time, we are just typing or talking to people on our mobiles. It is a very practical way to operate without the high costs of a mall office. We enjoy the simple setup and the short walk to the market for tea breaks. It is a good place for us.
