We are over here at A-1/31 in Sector-18, Rohini. It’s a busy part of Delhi and our office, Orix Auto & Infrastructure Service Ltd., stays pretty packed most days. We handle a lot of things related to cars and general infrastructure projects. People come in and out of the office all the time. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. Just desks, computers, and people trying to get their work done. Dealing with infrastructure means there is always paperwork or a site visit to manage. Most of the staff here knows the Rohini area like the back of their hand. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a little chaotic when several projects land at once. You will find us here from morning until the evening. We don’t make big promises or use loud ads. We just focus on the auto and service side of things. If you are looking for where Orix is based, this is the spot. It is just a regular office building where we put in the hours. We have our coffee breaks and chat about the local news while sorting out the day’s tasks. It is just honest work being done by a local team in the middle of North Delhi.
