We are based over in B.K. Dutt Colony, at C-69. It’s a central part of New Delhi, so it’s easy enough to get to once you know the way. The office is full of boxes and catalogs most of the time. We spend our days processing orders and talking to people who are picking up products. It’s a lot of paperwork and computer work, making sure everything goes to the right place. We don’t have any big fancy signs inside, just a lot of desks and shelves. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main markets, which is nice for us. We’ve been at this address for a good while and the local folks know we’re here. There’s usually a delivery truck parked outside or someone coming in to drop off a package. We aren't into big speeches or corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when a new range comes out, but we just roll with it. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a quick break. It’s a practical workspace where we just focus on the logistics of the beauty business. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the wheels turning from this little corner of the city, making sure the inventory is right and the invoices are sent out. It's a steady pace and we are used to the rhythm of the work here.
