Our office is near Jail Road in Pratap Nagar, at Plot Number 141. It’s a pretty straightforward place where we handle all the logistics for events and planning. If you walked in, you’d see a lot of clipboards, some leftover banners from old jobs, and a few people usually arguing about a delivery schedule. Being an organizer means your phone never really stops buzzing. We spend a lot of time coordinating with vendors and trying to make sure everyone shows up at the right time. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, like a truck getting stuck in Delhi traffic or a tent not being the right size, and that’s when we have to scramble. It’s not a quiet office. There’s always someone talking or typing away. We’ve been at this location for a while, so we know all the tea stalls nearby and where to get the best prints done on short notice. We don't have a corporate vibe; it’s more like a group of people trying to keep a dozen balls in the air at once. Some days are exhausting, especially when we have three events happening on the same weekend. But we just get on with it and solve the problems as they come up. We handle the messy details so that things actually happen. It’s a lot of hard work in a small space, but we make it work because we know how to.
