Orchid Chain Of Restnt

Our place, Orchid Chain Of Restnt, is situated at number 6, right near Shri in New Delhi. It is a lively spot to have a business. We aren't some big corporate office; we are just a group of people who enjoy cooking and serving food to the neighborhood. The kitchen stays quite hot, especially during the lunch rush when everyone comes in at once. We spend our mornings getting vegetables from the market and making sure the stove is ready. I have lived around here for many years, so I know a lot of the people who walk through our doors. The chairs we have are a little bit old now, but they still work fine for a quick meal. We don't really have a fancy menu with photos or anything. We just serve what people like to eat every day. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dirty when it rains outside, but we try to mop it up when we get a spare minute. Our sign out front has faded from the sun over the years, but people still know where we are. It is just a regular local spot. My brother handles the supplies and I stay out front. We like it when the regulars stop to talk for a bit before they head back to work. We have been at this address for a long time and it feels like home to us now.
