Orbitz

We are based in a DDA flat, specifically E-364 in Bindapur, Uttamnagar. Being in New Delhi, specifically this part of town, means it's always crowded and there is a lot of noise from the street. Orbitz isn’t some massive tech giant with a huge campus. We operate out of this flat, and it’s pretty cozy, maybe a bit too small when everyone is here at once. We have computers set up and wires running across the floor sometimes. It’s a real working space. We handle a lot of travel-related stuff and bookings from here. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. It’s not a fancy lifestyle, but we like the hustle of Uttamnagar. Sometimes the neighbors are loud or the delivery person can't find the right block, but we’re used to it. We don't have a front desk or a lobby. If you come by, you’re basically walking into our workspace. We don’t use any polished sales pitches. We just try to get the best deals for people and make sure their trips go okay. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to fixing the printer. We’ve been in this flat for a good while and it’s served us well. It’s just a normal Delhi business trying to make a living and help people out with their travel plans. It can get chaotic but we always manage to get through the day.
