Orbitz Trade Fairs

Orbitz Trade Fairs is based out of Sector 62 in Noida. We are located at A-105, which is where Dr. Sridhar Prasad and the rest of us do our work. It is a busy office building in a part of Noida that has seen a lot of growth lately. We focus on organizing trade fairs, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone and sending out emails to different companies. It is a lot of planning and looking at floor maps for exhibition halls. Our office is usually full of boxes, brochures, and posters from the various events we are working on. It can get pretty cluttered when a big fair is coming up. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people trying to make sure all the booths are in the right place and the exhibitors have their electricity and water sorted out. There are always last-minute changes that we have to scramble to fix, like someone wanting a bigger space or a shipment of banners getting lost. It is stressful work sometimes, but we have been doing it long enough to know how to handle the pressure. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when we have to. We aren't looking to impress anyone with big words; we just want the events to happen without any major disasters. It is a practical business that keeps us on our toes all year round.
