We’ve been at this ground floor spot in Govindpuri for a while now. It’s H. No. 876-B/7, right here in New Delhi. People know us as Orbitz Corporate & Leisure Travels. Mostly, we just spend our days looking at screens and talking to people about where they need to go. Sometimes it’s for work, other times it’s just someone wanting a break or needing to visit family. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when things go wrong with flights or bookings and we have to fix them fast. We try to keep things moving. The office isn't fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Kanpur is in the name, but our daily life happens right here in the 110019 area code. We handle the usual stuff, like tickets and making sure people have a place to stay when they land. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth all afternoon. Some days are smoother than others. We’ve seen the travel industry change quite a bit since we started, but the basic job is still the same. You just show up, handle the requests, and hope everyone gets to their destination without too much trouble. It's a regular local business life. We drink a lot of tea while sorting out itineraries and checking dates. There isn't much to say beyond that. We are just here in Govindpuri doing what we do every day. It's practical work. We deal with the logistics so others don't have to think about it. That's about it really for our daily routine here.
