Optimal Technologies(Bpo)

Optimal Technologies(Bpo) is located at Wz 110C in Naraina Village. We are up on the 4th floor, so we get a good view of the neighborhood, but it is a lot of stairs to climb every day. New Delhi 110028 is a busy place, and Naraina Village is no exception. Our office is a straightforward BPO setup. We have rows of desks and people on phones for most of the shift. It is not a fancy high-tech office with a gym or a cafeteria. We just have a small corner where we can heat up our lunch. The work can be a bit repetitive, but we have a good group of people here who make the time go by faster. We don't have any big corporate slogans or mission statements. We are just here to handle the calls and data that come our way. Sometimes the equipment is a bit old, but we make it work. The 4th floor gets quite warm in the summer months, so we keep the fans on high. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We are just a local business in Naraina Village providing jobs and getting our work done. Most of us have been here for a while and we have a routine that works. It is an honest living, and we just take it one day at a time without any big fuss. We keep working until the shift is finally done.
