Optima International New Delhi

We are based in NDSE Part-2, at L1/4. Most people just call it South Ex. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, always crowded with shoppers and cars honking. Our office is tucked away from the main noise, but you can still feel the energy of the area. We’ve been here for a good while now. It’s not a huge space, just a functional one where we get things done. We deal with international things, but the office itself is very grounded. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are a bit disorganized. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a working office. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea. The team is small and we’ve all worked together for a long time, so we’re like a family. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. We just talk to each other and figure things out. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck and we have to wait it out to leave. That's just life in South Ex. We aren't into big marketing talk or fancy brochures. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful to anyone who calls. The walls have a few marks on them and the carpet is a bit thin in spots, but it’s ours. We like this part of the city because everything is close by. It’s a practical location.
