Operations

Our workplace is located at 2/816 Vivek Khan-2 in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. It’s a nice enough area, and the office itself is pretty simple. We just call ourselves Operations because that’s exactly what we do. We handle the day-to-day logistics and the small details that keep a business moving. The office is in a residential-style building, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. There’s a small yard out front where some of us sit during the winter when the sun is out. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We aren't big on digital everything; we still like having things written down. The pace in Lucknow is a bit different than Delhi, and we like it that way. We start our day around ten and usually stay until the work is finished. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work. We have a few people who handle the phones and others who deal with the paperwork. We mostly talk about the local news and what’s for lunch while we work. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve been in Vivek Khan for a while now, and we know all the shops nearby. It’s a steady, quiet operation where we just focus on getting things done without making a big deal about it.
