Operation Manager

Our office is located at B-183/A along the Karawal Nagar Road in Nehru Vihar. It’s a straightforward kind of place where we handle the day-to-day stuff. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people who come here are looking for the manager to get some paperwork sorted or to check on a shipment. It’s a practical workspace with a few desks and a lot of files piled up. The road outside is always noisy with traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because there was a need for someone to organize things in this part of town. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team trying to keep things running. Some days are just about answering emails and others are about fixing problems that pop up out of nowhere. We don't use any fancy software if a pen and paper will do the trick. The chairs aren't the newest, but they are comfortable enough for a long day. We mostly focus on making sure the tasks for the day actually get finished. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. If you walk down the Karawal Nagar Road, you’ll see our gate eventually. We’re usually there from morning until the sun goes down, just keeping things moving as best as we can. It’s a job that keeps us busy and we like the neighborhood.
