Our office is Ef-634 in Sarojini Nagar. Most people think of the market when they hear the name of this area, but we are a bit away from the main stalls and crowds. We’ve been running this travel business for a while now. It started out with just helping neighbors book train tickets, and eventually, we turned it into a proper company. We don't have a shiny storefront with posters of beaches in the window. It’s just an office where we keep the computers and the ledgers. We spend most of the day looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best way for people to get from one place to another. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of, and sometimes we make mistakes and have to fix them quickly. We aren't a big travel agency with a lot of money for ads. People usually find us because we’ve helped their cousins or friends before. The office is a bit cramped with all the maps and stacks of paper, but it works for us. We have a small team, just three of us really, and we take turns answering the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow and it takes forever to load a booking page, which can be frustrating when a customer is waiting. But we just do our best to get the tickets printed and the itineraries sorted for whoever needs them.
