Online Hotel Reservations

This business started up after some of us spent time working with Dolphin Tours & Travels over in Yamuna Nagar. We decided to do our own thing with hotel reservations. It is mostly handled online now, which is different from the old days of writing everything down in big ledgers. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. Instead, we spend our time on the computers making sure the dates and the prices all match up for the people booking rooms. It can be a bit tedious looking at screens all day, but it’s the way things are moving. We remember how it was back in Yamuna Nagar, where you’d talk to every customer face-to-face. Now, we get emails and messages from all over. We still try to keep that same way of talking to people, though. If someone has a problem with their booking, we just call the hotel and try to sort it out. It’s not a perfect system—sometimes the internet goes slow or a hotel forgets to update their calendar—but we stay on top of it. We are just a small group of people who know the travel industry from the inside. We don't use big words or try to act like we are a giant corporation. We just want to make sure your room is actually there when you show up at the hotel.
