We work out of Dilshad Colony, specifically at J 78 on the upper ground second floor. It's a standard office setup in Delhi 95. Online Hotel Reservations Pvt. Ltd is the name on the door. Our main thing is sitting at the computers and making sure people's hotel stays are actually booked. It sounds simple but there's a lot of back and forth with the properties. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, even with the fans going. We've got rows of monitors and a lot of phone lines. It’s usually pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We don't really have a big reception area, just a place to hang your coat. Most of the time we’re just troubleshooting why a reservation didn't go through or helping someone find a room last minute. Dilshad Colony is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside. We try to keep things moving so nobody gets left without a bed for the night. It's honest work, even if it's just looking at screens all day. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when things get busy. It’s just us doing the best we can with the bookings. No big corporate vibes here, just a team trying to keep the systems running and the customers sorted out.
