Onkar Travels

Onkar Travels is located at E11/73 in Khirky Extension. That's over in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. Our office is just a regular room on the ground floor. We’ve been here for quite some time now. We help people figure out their travel stuff, mostly just getting tickets sorted and answering questions about where to stay. It’s not a fancy place. We have some posters of different countries on the walls that have been there for years. They’re a bit faded now. The furniture is nothing special, just some chairs and a few sturdy desks. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We’re just local people helping other local people. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors when it’s slow. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us. We know the routes and the prices, and we tell people the truth about what they can get. It’s a decent way to make a living. We’ve seen the kids in the street grow up since we first opened. It’s home for us, really. We always keep the front door open when the weather is nice to let the breeze in.
