Onkar Travel

Onkar Travel is located in Rajnagar-2, which is part of Palam Colony in New Delhi-45. Our office at Rz-H 608 is right in the thick of things. It’s a small shop where we handle all kinds of travel arrangements for people in the neighborhood. The street outside is always full of cars and people walking to the market. We have a couple of computers and a printer that jams way too often. People come in with all sorts of questions about trains and flights. We spend a lot of time explaining the different prices and trying to find a good deal for them. It is not a quiet job. There is always someone coming in or the phone is ringing. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait. The walls are covered with old calendars and a few maps that have seen better days. We know most of the families around here because they have been coming to us for years. It is a local business through and through. We don't have a website that does everything automatically. We prefer to talk to people face to face and sort things out. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the bookings for the next day. It is just the way we have always done things here in Palam. It’s busy and a bit chaotic but we like it that way. We make sure everyone gets their tickets on time.
