On The Rocks Baga Beach Goa

Even though the name talks about Baga Beach, our administrative base is actually here in Pushp Vihar, New Delhi, at Quarter No 1637 in Sector-3. It is a bit of a jump from the beach to the city, but this is where the planning and the paperwork happen. Raj Palsingh runs things from here, and it is a very grounded, local setup. We do not have a fancy office building; it is more of a home-base atmosphere where we keep the records and handle the logistics for what happens out in Goa. It can get a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We are just regular people trying to manage a business that spans across different places. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating things and making sure everyone is on the same page. It is not a corporate lifestyle at all. We wear comfortable clothes and work long hours because we care about what we are doing. Sometimes the New Delhi heat makes it tough, but we keep going. We do not use any of those buzzwords you see in brochures. We just talk like normal people because that is who we are. It is a practical way of working. We have been at this address for a while, and the neighbors know us as the folks who are always busy with the Goa stuff. It is a simple life, focused on getting the details right every single day for the guests.
