You can find Omniya Bpo Service Ltd. over in Tilak Nagar, specifically at 14/1A on the first floor. Tilak Nagar is a busy part of New Delhi, always full of people shopping and cars honking. Our office is right above the street level, so we hear everything that goes on outside. It’s a BPO, so naturally, it’s a place filled with the sound of voices and keyboards clicking. We don’t have a massive floor like you see in the movies. It’s a bit more personal than that. We have our desks lined up, and everyone has their own little corner with photos or snacks tucked away. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them. We’ve been here for a while and the local shopkeepers all know us by sight. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to provide a decent place for our people to work and do a good job for our clients. The office is a bit cluttered with wires and headsets, and the break room is really just a corner with a kettle and some biscuits. But it’s a friendly atmosphere. We help each other out when the calls get heavy or when someone’s computer decides to restart at the wrong time. It’s just a slice of life in Delhi, working hard and making things happen in a small office. We just take it one day at a time.
