Our spot is in Vikas Puri, specifically at 712-B, JG-2, Block J. It is a solid part of New Delhi, very lived-in and busy all the time. We have a small office that we have occupied for years. It is tucked away in the block, so it is relatively quiet compared to the noise of the main roads. We do a lot of international work, which means some of us are here at odd hours when the rest of the city is fast asleep. The office is full of clocks showing different time zones, though half of them probably need new batteries. We have got a small pantry where we make our own tea and sometimes share snacks brought from home. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment with people yelling into headsets or running around. It is more about sitting down and getting through the data or the calls one by one until the list is done. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought it as we needed it over the years. We do not have a receptionist sitting at a desk; usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. It is an honest way to run a business. We are just a bunch of folks in Vikas Puri trying to keep our clients happy without making a huge production out of everything. It works for us and we have no plans to change how we do things.
