Omnia Bpo,Indian Airlines Back Office.

We are over here in Gaut Nagar, right on the third floor of building 123/1. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and honestly, the stairs can be a bit much sometimes if you’re not used to them. We mostly spend our days dealing with all the behind-the-scenes paperwork and data stuff for the Indian Airlines back office. It is one of those jobs where you have to keep your head down and stay focused on the screens. Most of us have been working in this part of South Delhi for a while now, so we know the local tea stalls and where to get a quick lunch when things get hectic. The office isn't anything fancy or huge, but it gets the job done. We handle a lot of the details that people flying on planes probably never even think about. It’s just us, a bunch of desks, and a lot of lists to go through every single day. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is just quiet typing sounds filling the room. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and people in the building know us as the ones who stay late to finish up the logs. It’s just regular work, really. We try to keep things organized so the airline stuff runs like it should. Sometimes the power acts up or it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we just manage through it and keep moving forward with the tasks.
