Omnia Bpo

We are tucked away on the first floor in Govund Puri, right here in Kalkaji. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the people and the traffic outside. Our office, Omnia Bpo, isn't anything fancy. It’s just a regular workspace where we spend our days answering calls and handling whatever tasks come our way. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and sometimes the street noise drifts in through the windows when the weather is nice enough to keep them open. Most of us have been working together for a while now. We usually start the morning with some tea from the shop downstairs before we settle into our desks. There’s always a bit of a hum in the room from the computers and the air conditioning. It can get pretty cramped when everyone is in at once, especially during the peak hours of the shift. We don’t really have a big sign outside or anything, so you kind of have to look for the number 129/2. We just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do. It’s a practical place, and we try to keep things moving as best as we can without too much fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up or the electricity flickers, but that is just part of being in this part of New Delhi. We just get on with it and try to finish our work before the commute home starts.
