Omnia Bpo

Our place, Omnia Bpo, is located at 200 Bmk in Giri Nagar. We are pretty close to the Kalka Ji Depot, so the buses are always rumbling nearby. It’s a part of New Delhi that never really sleeps. The office itself is just a regular floor in a building. We have rows of desks and headsets everywhere. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how a BPO works. We don't have any of those fancy break rooms with bean bags. We just have a small corner with a kettle and some biscuits for the staff. The windows look out over the street, and sometimes we just watch the traffic for a minute when we need a break. It’s a bit cramped, especially when the shift changes and everyone is moving around at the same time. We’ve been at this Giri Nagar address for a while now. The walls are covered in those whiteboards that never quite get clean no matter how much we scrub. We don't try to impress anyone who walks in. We just show up, do the hours, and try to stay on top of the calls. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. The building is a bit grey, and the lift is slow, but it gets us where we need to be. It’s just a bunch of us trying to make a living.
