Omnia Bpo Servises Pvt Ltd(Back Office Of 'Indianairlines')

Our office is tucked away in House No 699/5 in Jawahar Colony. It’s a bit of a residential area in N.I.T. Faridabad, so it doesn't feel like those big business parks. We do the back-office work for Indian Airlines here at Omnia Bpo Servises. There’s usually a lot of paperwork and computer stuff to get through every shift. It gets pretty busy because airlines never really stop. We have our small team sitting together, mostly just focusing on the tasks at hand. Since we are in Haryana, a lot of us live nearby and just commute a short way. The building is a regular house converted for work. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel which is nice compared to a cold office building. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. We just get on with the data entry and support work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s life in Faridabad. We’ve been operating from this house for a while. It’s quiet enough for us to focus. We aren't trying to be anything huge, just a solid team making sure the airline side of things stays organized from our end. It’s a lot of staring at screens and typing, but we take our breaks and keep each other going. We are just a local group doing our jobs in Jawahar Colony. Sometimes we order food from the local market and just eat together in the kitchen area. It works for us.
