Omnia Bpo Services(Airindia Reservation)

This office is situated in Govindpuri, Kalkaji, inside a residential building at H/No -640/7. It is a bit of a unique setup because it’s a BPO operating right out of a neighborhood house. We primarily handle reservations for Air India, so the work never really stops. There are different shifts coming in at all hours, which means the place is almost always occupied. The rooms have been converted into workspaces with rows of desks and headsets everywhere. It can get quite loud when twenty people are all talking on the phone at once, trying to help people book their flights. Because it’s in Govindpuri, the lanes are quite tight and parking is always a nightmare, so most of us just take the metro or walk. The atmosphere is very informal; we all know each other well since we work in such close quarters. We have a small area for breaks where there’s a water cooler and some snacks. It’s not a polished corporate office with a view, but it’s where we earn our living. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling sound, and we have to fix the headsets constantly, but the work gets done. It’s just a group of regular people working hard to manage travel plans for folks across the country, right here from a house in Kalkaji.
