Omnia Bpo Services(Airindia Process)

You can find us at E-100, on Street Number 2 in West Vinod Nagar. We operate Omnia Bpo Services here, specifically working on the Airindia process. It’s a busy office, but it’s tucked away in a regular street. Delhi 92 is a crowded part of the city, so there is always something happening outside our door. Inside, we have rows of desks and people on headsets for most of the day. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We aren't some huge offshore center with thousands of people; it’s a more modest setup here. The building is just a standard one like all the others on the street. We’ve had to fix the air conditioning a few times because it gets so hot in the afternoons. Most of the staff comes from around this area, so we all know each other well. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually just eat at our desks or go out to the local stalls. It’s a lot of repetitive work, answering the same kinds of questions over and over, but we just get on with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. It's just a place where we come to work, do our shift, and then head back out into the traffic. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy, which is all we really need.
