Omnia Bpo Services is located right here in New Delhi. We don't have a specific street name listed in our public address right now, just the city itself, but we are definitely here in the capital. Being a BPO means we spend a lot of our time on headsets or typing away at keyboards. It is the kind of work that never really stops because someone is always needing something. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking and fans whirring. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. New Delhi is a huge place, and being part of the business scene here feels like being a small fish in a very big pond. We don't have a flashy website or a big sign on a skyscraper. We just have our desks and our equipment. Some of us have been working together for years, so we have a bit of a rhythm going. The commute in Delhi can be a real pain with the metro and the traffic, so we are always glad to finally get into the office and start the day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide the services we promised and make sure our team gets through the week okay. It’s a straightforward business and we keep our heads down and just get on with the work. We've been around for a while now and plan to stay for the long haul.
