Omnia Bpo Services

We are Omnia Bpo Services, based out of Palam Colony in New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy area, and our office is right in the thick of it. We have a lot of rows of desks with computers and headsets everywhere. If you walked in, you’d hear a lot of people talking at once, which is just the nature of what we do here. We handle a lot of different services for other companies, so there is always something going on. The building isn't the newest, and the elevator can be a bit slow, but it gets us to where we need to be. We have a small break area where we grab coffee or tea, but most people are at their stations for the bulk of their shift. Palam Colony has a lot of small shops and places to eat, so there’s always somewhere to go once we finish up for the day. We don't really have a big corporate feel here. It’s more of a hard-working, everyday kind of environment. People come from all over the city to work here, so there is always a mix of different backgrounds. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look fancy. The focus is just on getting the calls answered and the data entered correctly. It’s a straightforward job, and we just try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. It gets loud and busy, but that's just how we operate. We just do our work and head home.
