We operate out of D-65 in NDSE Part I. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our office is where the daily grind happens, mostly focusing on BPO work and staying on top of our tasks. It’s a standard workspace with a bunch of computers and people wearing headsets most of the day. It can get pretty loud when everyone is on a call at once. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us all by name. The desks are a bit cramped but it helps everyone stay in the loop. We don't have a big reception area or anything flashy. It's more about the work we do at our stations. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the hot months. We take our breaks when we can and usually grab a quick snack from the nearby market. It’s just a regular job for us. We try to keep things efficient without making a big fuss about it. There’s a lot of typing and clicking going on from morning till evening. It’s a busy place but we manage to keep everything running smoothly. We just come in, do what we have to, and head home like everyone else in this city.
