Down here at Jext 3/70 in Delhi, we run this BPO setup. It is usually quite a busy place because there is always something to do or someone to call. We have rows of computers and people wearing headsets all day long. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get the work done. Some of us have been here for years and others are just starting out, so it’s a mix of faces. You can hear the hum of the air conditioner and the clicking of keyboards all the time. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project, and other times it is a bit more relaxed, but not often. The area around 110092 is always moving, so there is plenty of noise from the street that sometimes drifts in if someone leaves the door open too long. We don't really do the whole corporate lifestyle thing with big meetings and long presentations. It is more about answering the phones and typing out data as fast as we can. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a few bags of chips for when we get hungry. It’s just a standard office life where we try to keep our clients happy without making a big deal out of it. We just show up, do the shifts, and go home like everyone else in this part of the city. It’s a job and we do it well enough to keep going.
