Omnia Bpo Services

We operate out of C-17/18-B in Himgiri Enclave, which is part of the Nilothi Extension in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a quieter part of the city compared to the center, which we actually prefer. We run Omnia Bpo Services from here. Our work is pretty straightforward—we handle a lot of digital tasks and customer support for different clients. The office is in a standard building in the enclave. It’s not filled with fancy furniture or expensive art. We just have rows of desks, some computers, and a bunch of chairs that we’ve gathered over time. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s the nature of the BPO business. Nilothi is an area that’s still finding its feet, so there’s always some construction or something going on nearby. We have a small crew that has been with us for a while now. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just a group of local people who know how to handle data and talk to customers. We take our breaks at the small shops nearby and come back to finish the day’s work. It’s a practical environment where we focus on getting the tasks finished on time. The atmosphere is relaxed but busy. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels like a second home to most of us. Just a regular office doing regular work.
