We have been up here on the top floor of the 26C building in Vikaspuri for quite a while now. It gets a bit warm in the summer months since we are right under the roof, but the view of the JG-01 block is okay. Most of the day is just spent handling calls and sorting out data for other companies that need the help. It is quiet work mostly, though the office gets loud when everyone is on the phones at the same time. We are not a massive place, just a handful of us trying to keep things organized and making sure the work gets done right. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a real pain, but we manage. People often miss our entrance because the stairs are a bit narrow and tucked away, but once you are up here, it is a decent spot to work. We do not have fancy coffee machines or anything like that, just a kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. New Delhi is always busy, and Vikaspuri has its own rhythm that we have grown used to. We try to stay out of the way and just focus on the tasks people send over. It is not glamorous, but it pays the bills and we have got a good little group here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad except when it rains. We just keep at it, making sure the BPO side of things stays on track. That is pretty much us.
