We are located right near the Pulbankash Metro Station in the Old Sabji Mandi area. Our office is in the Motia Bagh Railway Flats, which is a place with a lot of history. It is a very busy part of Delhi, and you can always hear the trains and the metro nearby. We started this BPO service because we saw a lot of young people in the neighborhood looking for work. Our office is pretty simple—just rows of desks, headsets, and computers. It gets quite loud when everyone is on a call at the same time, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We don't have any fancy break rooms; usually, we just go out to the local stalls for some tea or a quick snack. The building is older, so we sometimes have to fix things ourselves, like a flickering light or a door that won't shut right. We aren't trying to be like those big call centers in the fancy suburbs. We are just a local operation providing services to our clients. The commute is easy for our staff since the metro is right there. We spend our days talking to people and solving problems on the phone. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially on the night shift. But we are a tight-knit group and we look out for each other. We are just at 77-A/1 if you’re ever around the market. We don't have anything fancy to show, just people working hard.
